Will be I be able to enter on the day of?

A. No. Please be sure to purchase an entry ticket beforehand.

Something came up and I can’t attend, but I found someone to take my place. What should I do?

Please e-mail us first. In your e-mail, please write your dancer alias and specify which dance contents you have entered for.

How do I cancel my entry?

Regarding your purchased ticket, please refer to the ticket purchasing site that you purchased from.

What should I do if I’m going to be late on the day of the event?

We will be punctual. Please be sure to check in to your battles at the reception within the specified times.

However, the timetable may change prior to the event or depending on the progress on the day. Keep in mind that the events will end at 9PM on all three days.

Is it possible to enter multiple dance battles?
Q.
Yes. You may enter 2 battles for each 3-Day Pass that you purchase.
Please purchase ‘+1 Entry Ticket’ for each content that you would like to participate in beyond that.
Also, keep in mind that multiple dance battles will progress simultaneously at different stages.

I signed up for one battle. Can I enter another one afterwards?

Can I enter 2on2 or CREW if other members are still undecided?
Q.
No. You will need to enter the dancer names of all members. Please decide before entering. There is a limit to the number of entries, so we recommend that you decide on members and enter as soon as possible.

Can children enter the dance battles alone?
Q.
Yes, children can come alone, but we will not be held liable for any accidents, losses, theft, injuries, illness, etc. so we strongly advise a supervisor to accompany children.

Yes. Please be sure to check with the immigration rules at the time that you enter the country.
